Version 0.9.2 release

I'm developing a web based project and used this plugin frequently. So I did some changes and release this version after couple months. Here is the change detail:

• [Requirement] Set focus to source code editor after click on visual part
• [Requirement] After click on visual part, move cursor to child element
• [Bug] Cannot used with JRE/JDK v1.4

If you have any suggestion/idea for improve the usability of this plugin, please left comment/send mail. I will give you regular license file freely. Although I don't have much time to work on this plugin. I will make it better as possible.
